TVET Project Completion and Sign Off
Another successful milestone has been achieved this year with the completion and commissioning of the new computer laboratory at Moro Mora Technical College under the TVET Project. This initiative marks a significant step forward for the institution, strengthening its capacity to deliver modern, technology-driven education and providing students with greater access to essential digital learning tools.
The establishment of this computer laboratory is not only an infrastructure upgrade but also a transformative development for the college community. It will greatly enhance teaching and learning experiences, enabling both lecturers and students to engage with up-to-date computer systems, software applications, and digital resources. In today’s rapidly evolving world, access to such facilities is critical in preparing students for future employment and technical competence.
This project represents another important milestone in Moro Mora Technical College’s ongoing development journey. It reflects the shared commitment of all stakeholders to improving educational standards and expanding opportunities for students in technical and vocational education and training.
I would also like to extend my sincere appreciation to the Velea team for granting us the opportunity to be part of this impactful project. Your trust and support made it possible for us to contribute to this meaningful development. I acknowledge the significant challenges faced throughout the implementation phase, particularly the demanding travel conditions. The team had to commute approximately two hours from Moro Mora to town via rough roads, often navigating difficult terrain and experiencing landslides during the rainy days.
Despite these challenges, the Velea team demonstrated exceptional dedication, resilience, and professionalism. In order to ensure the successful completion of the project, the team extended working hours, with some days requiring work around the clock for several consecutive days. Their commitment to delivering quality results under such conditions is truly commendable.
I would also like to extend my sincere appreciation to Mr. Bubu (Principal) and the entire Moro Mora team for their exceptional hospitality and support throughout the project. Your kindness and accommodation made a significant difference during the implementation phase.
We are truly grateful for providing us with a place to rest during late-night work sessions, especially when extended working hours were required to meet project deadlines. Your generosity in sharing meals and continuously extending your support and assistance played an important role in helping us successfully complete the project.
Your cooperation, warmth, and willingness to assist us beyond expectations reflect true partnership and community spirit. We deeply value your support, which contributed greatly to the smooth delivery and successful completion of this project.
I would also like to express my gratitude to my Kimbe Service Team for their outstanding support and teamwork throughout the project. Their dedication went beyond standard working hours, as they willingly worked late into the night and even extended their efforts into weekends, including Sundays, to ensure the timely completion of the installation. Their teamwork, sacrifice, and strong work ethic played a vital role in the successful delivery of this project.
