6 Weeks of Learning, Growth, and Experience at Able
At Able, we believe that real learning happens beyond the classroom. Over the past 6 weeks, our On-the-Job Training (OJT) program has provided students with the opportunity to gain hands-on experience, develop practical skills, and understand the dynamics of a professional work environment.
From day one, our OJT students were immersed in real tasks and responsibilities. They were introduced to different departments, guided by experienced team members, and given the chance to contribute meaningfully to daily operations. This exposure allowed them to bridge the gap between theory and practice.
