At Able Home & Office Lae Branch, we’re deeply committed to supporting education and the next generation of ICT professionals. Through partnerships with schools across Papua New Guinea, including a recent collaboration with Bugandi Secondary School in Lae, Morobe Province, we are proud to help students explore the vast opportunities that lie within the field of information and communication technology.
As part of this commitment, we recently welcomed Bugandi’s incoming Grade 11 ICT students for a school excursion to our Lae branch. This visit was designed to provide students with a first-hand look into the practical applications of ICT in a business environment. Our team guided the students through various departments, showcasing how ICT powers different functions and plays a crucial role in serving clients and communities.
During their visit, students gained insight into our company’s history, values, and the innovative solutions we offer across PNG. We also shared information about potential career paths in ICT, encouraging them to envision their futures within the industry. By engaging with our team, the students saw how classroom knowledge translates into real-world skills—critical for those who aspire to make an impact in the tech world.
