Among additions to infrastructure in Port Moresby for the recent APEC Leaders Meeting, was the installation of Closed Circuit Television cameras in various parts of the city.

Progress on a gas-for-power plant outside Port Moresby is on track, with hopes for an additional 57 megawatts to the Port Moresby Grid to be available by the end of this year.
