Hansard Office Fitout — National Parliament Haus
ABLE Home and Office delivered precision network cabling and modern access control as part of a major upgrade to the Hansard Office at Papua New Guinea’s National Parliament Haus.
The Hansard Office plays a critical role in Papua New Guinea’s parliamentary process — recording and publishing the official transcripts of every session debated inside Parliament Haus. A workspace these important demands infrastructure that’s just as reliable. That’s where ABLE Home and Office came in.
As a subcontractor to main contractor M2ERE Design Partners, our team was engaged to deliver two core scopes of work for this significant government office upgrade: a full access control installation and structured network cabling and termination.
Access Control Installation

Securing a government office requires technology that’s dependable, modern, and easy to manage. We supplied and installed a complete ZKTeco access control system across the Hansard Office premises.
ZKTeco SenseFace Kit A — ×8 units
Touchless facial recognition terminals with card reader capability. Ideal for high-traffic, security-conscious government environments. Each unit was fully configured, mounted, and integrated into the access control system.
ZKTeco TLE301 Exit Buttons — additional units

Request-to-exit push buttons installed at each controlled door point, ensuring safe, compliant egress for all staff and visitors.
Network Cabling & Termination
Reliable network infrastructure underpins everything the Hansard Office does — from digital recording systems to staff workstations and communications. Our cabling team completed a clean, fully-tested installation:

Ports terminated
25 network ports terminated, tested, and labelled — ready for immediate use by Hansard Office IT systems and workstations.
Quality assured
All terminations were tested for continuity and performance, ensuring a stable foundation for the office’s day-to-day operations.

Government-grade
Work was completed in coordination with M2ere Design Partners to meet the fitout program timeline and site requirements.
Proud to contribute to Parliament Haus
This project is a reminder of why we do what we do. The Hansard Office serves the democratic process of Papua New Guinea — and knowing that our cabling and access control work supports that mission is something the whole ABLE team is proud of.
We thank you M2ere Design Partners for the opportunity to be part of this fitout, and we look forward to continued collaboration on future commercial and government projects across PNG.
