Successful Copier Installation and SLA Orientation with the Department of Finance

As the year comes to a close, we are pleased to share another successful milestone – the sale, delivery, and installation of a Toshiba e-Studio 2528A copier to one of the Local Level Governments (LLGs), specifically the Department of Finance.

Following the installation, our technical team conducted a hands-on demonstration to ensure the users are confident in the proper operation and daily use of the copier. This session focused on maximizing efficiency, maintaining print quality, and avoiding common operational issues.

In addition, as part of our commitment to after-sales support, a detailed Service Level Agreement (SLA) orientation was conducted. The discussion covered important aspects such as meter readings, billing and payment computation, SLA rates, minimum charges, and the full terms and conditions to ensure transparency and avoid future concerns.

We also explained the advantages of being under an SLA compared to non-SLA servicing, helping the client understand the value of predictable costs, faster response times, and reliable support. Two SLA options were presented and compared:

  • Toner-Inclusive SLA, covering both consumables and service support

  • Parts-Only SLA, focusing on maintenance and replacement of parts

By clearly outlining the differences between these options, the client is now well-informed and equipped to choose the contract that best suits their operational needs.

We appreciate the trust of the Department of Finance and look forward to providing continuous support and reliable service in the years ahead.
