Over two challenging days in September 2024, we embarked on a journey to visit ABLE Computing’s valued clients. Despite facing relentless rain, rough roads, and the long distances between each location, our commitment to service and support remained unwavering.

Our itinerary included nearly 20 stops at schools, government offices, and companies, from Mora Mora to Talasea District. The weather and road conditions tested our resolve, but the results made it all worthwhile.

During these visits, we stopped at Mora Mora Tech Secondary School, Kalu Primary School, Valoka Primary School, Kwalakesi Primary School, Banaule Primary School, Patanga Primary School, Walindi Primary School, Poinini Vocational Tech, Mosa LLG Office, NBPOL, Kapore Primary School, Walindi Resort, Adagas Enterprises, Stettin Bay Lumber Corporation, Tamba Primary School, Buluma Primary School, Mai Primary School, Hoskins Primary School, and other isolated schools.

At each stop, we were greeted with enthusiasm—not only for our September Promo and Mega Promo but for our proactive service checks. This visit wasn’t just about sales; it was about ensuring that the machines our clients rely on continue to perform at their best.

During our visit, we identified several Toshiba machines in need of preventive maintenance, as well as some that required parts replacement. Early detection like this helps us keep our clients’ operations running smoothly, avoiding future disruptions. We detected several Toshiba machines that required preventive maintenance: two Toshiba 2020AC units, two Toshiba 2010AC units, two Toshiba 2802A units, and one Toshiba 527S, which needed a PM Kit. Additionally, one Toshiba 2802A required parts replacement due to a disturbing noise.

The visit also proved fruitful on the sales front, with new quotes and orders, including a significant deal with Stettin Bay Lumber Corporation. Their trust in us, especially in challenging conditions, reaffirms the importance of these personal visits.

Despite the rain, rough roads, and distances, our journey was a success—strengthening relationships and ensuring our clients continue to receive the best from ABLE Computing.
