Last Saturday, July 20th, the Madang Branch of Able Home & Office proudly hosted the Ambrose Game (Golf) event, a fun-filled day that saw 18 teams compete in a unique format designed to attract new golfers and foster community spirit. Each team comprised two golfers and one non-golfer, ensuring a mix of experienced players and newcomers, which led to a day of exciting and unpredictable gameplay.

Distribution of Prizes
At the end of the event, prizes were distributed to participants, recognizing their enthusiasm and sportsmanship. The prize presentation was a highlight of the day, with winners receiving their awards amidst cheers and applause.
Leadership Transition
Our current Branch Manager took the opportunity to address the golf community, sharing a heartfelt speech that included the introduction of our incoming Branch Manager, who will be taking the reins as our existing Branch Manager transitions to a new branch. During the speech, we also committed to continuing our sponsorship of golf events like this, reinforcing our dedication to fostering community engagement and supporting local sports.
Engaging with the Community
In addition to the golf competition, our sales team was actively engaging with participants and spectators, promoting our latest products and services. This socialization effort not only helped in building stronger relationships with our clients but also showcased the innovative solutions Able Home & Office offers.
A Bittersweet Farewell
The event was also significant as it marked the last day for Robin, our beloved Captain. Robin will be relocating to Bulolo Golf Club, and while we will miss his leadership and enthusiasm, we wish him all the best in his new endeavor.
Looking Forward
This Ambrose Game marked our second golf event sponsorship this year, and we are already looking forward to continuing this tradition next year. We are committed to supporting local sports and community activities, ensuring that these events remain a staple in our community calendar.
A Successful Day
Overall, the Ambrose Game was a resounding success, bringing together employees, clients, and community members for a day of sport, socializing, and celebration. We look forward to more such events in the future, continuing to build strong connections and fostering a spirit of camaraderie.
Thank you to everyone who participated and contributed to making this event memorable. We are excited about the future and look forward to the continued growth and success of our community.
