F520, this particular error for our client’s Toshiba E-Studio 2010AC has been giving them problem for sometime. It is caused by power interruption and the photocopier is directly plugged to ac powerpoint without using proper UPS (more than 2KVA as lower than this will unable to power-up the machine). The system (software/hdd) has been corrupted and we need to reinstall the firmware.
I do suggest that when you encounter this error to your photocopier machine, you should visit and consult our branches with our photocopier technician. Most of the time, if you are trying to fix it with yourself without proper knowledge and experience, you will do more damage than fix it.
Below are the step by step process that we did to fix this error.
