Hagen Branch and asked if we’re able to teach them basic information and troubleshooting because they need to travel fourteen hours to reach Able Computing location. In that ways it will lessen their effort, time and costs.
The images showing Jeffery (Able technician) training and teaching them how to install and replace the toner, print regular printing and duplex printing, scan, A3 printing and copying and how to maintain the quality level of the machine by inspecting and cleaning the copier.
Jeffery also taught them the proper handling of the equipment like keep the glass and cover cleaned, paper jam troubleshooting, always check the UPS if still working, report and call us if they noticed something unusual and report once Call for Maintenance appeared to avoid further problem.
Those basic tutorials provided them big help but for Mt. Hagen Able team that was our way to keep our client connected to us for continue giving their trust and we want to show to them Able Computing are here to serve them and share to them what knowledge we have.
