Service Manager

The Service Manager will be responsible for managing the workshop/service team. This individual makes sure that the in-house and customer machines/equipment at service levels and well-managed.

– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Technology or similar field
– At least 5 years of experience in sales of IT products is an advantage
– Must possess driving skills and with valid driver’s license
– Proven strong background in personnel management
– Must present high quality and work output commensurate with the
company’s image and policies
– Very knowledgeable in computing and hardware troubleshooting
– Networking skills an advantage
– Ability to build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships
by understanding their needs
